Like Martin Luther King Jr I too have a dream! My dream is to post a before an after picture on this blog and everyone posts comments like "oh wow looking good. keep it up". I just don't know how to make this dream a reality. I can post my weight and keep tabs from there but I don't know. Eating right starts NOW! On your mark, get set, GOOOOO!!!
